My Style

Thank you for taking a moment to learn about my professional services and personal approach to helping you make changes. Because I believe people are doing the best they can, my clients describe feeling safe, comfortable, and free from judgment. I find this type of rapport essential to the therapy process. Whatever has brought you to consider counseling, it’s real and we start from there. You’ll find my approach rooted in evidence-based treatments and applied through a warm and understanding presence. Together, we will collaboratively set goals and develop a plan for treatment. This is important because while I have rigorous training and experience as a therapist, you are the expert on you.
